I was... I don't know. Must've been about four or five, I guess, and we were out at a park, and I saw a dog.

*laughs*

A dog, right? And I wanted it so badly, and it came over and played with me, and I wanted it to come home with us, but dad said no, and I think I must've had dreams about that dog for months.

Dad? Oh, dad's never much liked dogs. Or really, he liked dogs okay, he just never wanted to take care of one, and he never pegged me for being the responsible type.

So, no, he was less than happy with Dog coming home, but by that point, there wasn't much he could do about it.
